WENO MFG LLC was founded by Richard Richter, a manufacturing veteran with over 40 years of experience in precision machining and high-speed blow molding equipment. For nearly two decades, he served as an Original Part Manufacturer, producing parts directly for the original equipment that runs in beverage and packaging plants around the world. Thousands of those parts are still in service on production lines today. That heritage is what sets WENO apart. Most suppliers in this space reverse- engineer parts from worn samples and hope they fit. We start from a different place. We helped build the originals, and we know how these machines are supposed to run.

Our founder pioneered chrome plating on heat set stretch rods, an innovation that delivers up to 8 times longer rod life. It did not come from a textbook.
